Proof of work

One picture, built from several kinds of evidence

Proof of work in SIPAG combines time, activity context, screenshots and task attribution into a single review picture β€” giving a manager more than any one signal could provide on its own.

Task & deliverables

What the work was actually for, and what was produced.

What it's for β€” and what it isn't

Evidence supports review; it doesn't replace it

Proof of work exists to support a manager's review of what was done, especially where hours or output are disputed. It is not, on its own, a determination that the work was good, sufficient, or worth the rate charged β€” that judgement still belongs to the people in the relationship, informed by the evidence rather than replaced by it.

This distinction matters because it’s what keeps SIPAG from becoming a system that scores people. It’s a record that both sides can point to, not a verdict either side has to accept.
