Pricing

Pricing built around your team, not a one-size list

PayStaff’s commercial model combines transparent cross-border payment processing with software plans that scale as your Philippine team grows. A company formalising one contractor shouldn’t pay the same as one running a forty-person team — and neither should carry a hidden FX margin dressed up as a “free” plan.

Pricing philosophy

What we're optimising for

PayStaff’s pricing is meant to scale with how much value a business is getting from the platform — a company formalising one contractor shouldn’t pay the same as one running a 40-person Philippine team. It’s also meant to stay transparent: no hidden FX margin dressed up as a ‘free’ plan.

The structure below reflects the intended shape of PayStaff's plans. The specific numbers are still being validated against payment-partner costs and market feedback.

Plans

Package structure

Starter

[ PRICE ] /mo

For businesses formalising one or two Filipino contractors.

Scale

[ PRICE ] /mo

For agencies and operations teams managing larger Philippine teams.

Every plan is quoted directly against your team size and transaction volume rather than a generic published rate card — this keeps the FX and processing side of pricing honest instead of burying it in a “free” tier. Request a quote →

Pricing FAQ

Common questions

Why isn't there a published price per seat?
Because the cost of a plan is driven as much by transaction volume and FX exposure as by headcount, a flat per-seat number would either overcharge small teams or undercharge high-volume ones. We’d rather quote it accurately than publish a number we’d have to caveat.
No separate platform setup fee applies to Starter or Business plans. Scale plans that include custom workflow configuration are scoped and quoted individually.

Yes — plans are designed to move with your team. Upgrading takes effect from your next billing period; your existing SIPAG history, invoices and payment records carry over automatically.
