Payouts
PayStaff Earnings gives Filipino professionals a clear payout experience — what's been approved, what's on its way, and a full history of every payment received from every client, in one place.

The payout experience
Once a client funds an approved invoice, the payout appears in your earnings view with a clear status and the transaction context behind it — which client, which invoice, which period of work it covers. There's no need to cross-reference a bank statement against a chat message to work out where a deposit came from.
Over time, this builds into a running record you can point to: total earnings by client, by month, and by project, without having to reconstruct it from old invoices.

What it depends on
Direct deposit to a Philippine bank account, or transfer to a supported e-wallet such as GCash or Maya.
Payouts are initiated the same business day funds are confirmed from the client, and typically land within one to two business days depending on the receiving bank or e-wallet.
Bank deposits carry no additional PayStaff fee. Where a receiving e-wallet applies its own fee, that amount is shown before you confirm the payout method — PayStaff does not add a mark-up on top of it.
Your chosen payout method and your bank or e-wallet’s own processing schedule; cut-off times and public holidays in the Philippines can shift timing by a day.
Reconciliation
Because every payout stays linked to the invoice and client it came from, your earnings history in PayStaff doubles as a clean record for your own bookkeeping — not something you have to reconstruct from scattered bank deposits once a year.
