Timer Behaviour
SIPAG’s timer is manually started and stopped by the professional. If a device goes to sleep or loses power mid-session, SIPAG detects the gap and flags the session as needing review rather than silently counting the offline period as tracked time. Sessions can be manually added or corrected after the fact, and are always visibly marked as a manual edit in the record a manager sees.
Activity Signals
While a session is active, SIPAG records that keyboard and mouse input occurred within short intervals, and which application was in focus. It does not log individual keystrokes, does not capture the content of what is typed, and does not record window titles or URLs by default. This data is used only to generate a general activity summary — never a numeric productivity score.
Screenshot Capture
Screenshot capture is off by default and can only be enabled for a specific client relationship with the professional’s disclosed consent. When enabled, a single screenshot of the active screen is captured at a randomised interval of roughly every eight to twelve minutes during an active tracked session — never while the timer is paused or stopped. Professionals can preview every screenshot taken of their own sessions from their SIPAG account at any time.
