Exception handling

When a timesheet needs adjusting

Leave days, public holidays, and rate changes mid-period all need to be reflected in the timesheet without breaking the automation. Adjustments are applied against the specific period and clearly marked as manual changes, so the approving manager can see exactly what was tracked automatically versus what was added or corrected by hand.

Once approved, the summary becomes the single source of truth for that period — the same numbers feed the invoice, the payment, and the professional's earnings history.
